We have the honour to acknowledge receipt of your

letter of the 21st inst., and thank you very kindly for

returning the two sample traffic signs which we sent you

for approval, and which we have safely received.

In our letter of the 12th April last we enclosed

a photograph taken in England of a direction sign, and we

would be very glad to hear if you desire us to make any of

these signs for erection in Hongkong.
